TLD Solutions Inc. has teamed up with Southern Florida's largest and most well known caviar supplier; namely Marky's.  Marky's has been in the business of importing / exporting caviar since 1983.  All caviar is HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) - certified.  When each shipment is received, a sample is immediately sent to a lab for testing and inspection.  Marky's partnership in Russia enables them to control caviar processing and quality with the help of their experts who travel to the fisheries several times a year.  DNA batch testing for each species of caviar of the sturgeon roe enables Marky's to ensure the origin and quality of caviar to past, present, and future customers.
