River Beluga Classic Grey Sevruga – Also known as “Tsar Imperial Sevruga Caviar”.
An exceptional selection of Sevruga Caviar. Native from the cold depth of the Caspian Sea and the Danube River, Sevruga is the smallest and most prolific caviar, providing a mildly fruity flavor. Classic Gray Sevruga is a private stock Sevruga characterized by its large sized eggs. Its color is slight gray to black and its savored taste is similar to Beluga. In the Classic Grey Sevruga, larger, delicately colored beads take a light hue with a bright, robust flavor.
